The largest blog migration of all time … atleast for me :)

So I’ve been playing with dasBlog for a while now and have been contemplating making a blog engine switch from wordpress. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoy wordpress but since we have wordpress running on the AppliedI.net blog I thought why not run something else on my personal blog.

The nicest thing about wordpress was that it had such a large community that the number of themes and quality of themes was very high, dasBlog has over 20 but I think there were a few hundreds for wordpress.

Anyway, things are a little mixed up right now and I need to get the URL rewrites setup but here’s the new blog engine and blog theme. I’ll write more about it tomorrow and detail how I managed to make the switch and still keep all my original content, etc. Tonight I just wanted to get the new engine up as I’m fading fast.
