I've been doing this for over thirty years.

Internet hosting, cloud, managed IT, cybersecurity, and now AI. I started as an electrical engineer at Motorola Labs, and today I help business owners make practical decisions about AI. The technology keeps changing. The job of explaining it plainly hasn't.

I  §  A note from a customer

The personal service they provide is like having my own IT department working for me. No matter how large my company grows, I don't think I could ever do better than to have Jess and his team working with me.
Greg Titamer · Customer since 2001

III  §  How I write

If you're wondering: everything on this site is original to me. I do the research, form the opinions, and live the experiences myself. Of course, I use plenty of tools to refine and polish what I write, and naturally AI plays a role in all of that.

IV  §  Currently

Co-Founder and CTO at QIT Solutions in West Palm Beach, Florida. I'm available for AI advisory engagements with business owners and operators. The newsletter is the best way to stay in touch.
